Full-Time Nanny Needed: Caring for a Preschooler and an Infant in Windsor Terrace - Position Filled

Position Overview:

Join a warm and dynamic family in Windsor Terrace as a full-time nanny for a delightful 16-week-old baby girl and her energetic 4-year-old brother. This position offers a steady schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the responsibility of picking up the older child from pre-K at 2:30 PM. The start date is flexible, aiming for no later than September, as we seek the perfect match for the family's needs.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package with a base hourly rate of $25 to $35. For a standard 40-hour work week, this results in weekly gross earnings ranging from $1,000 to $1,400. The package also includes annual performance-based raises, annual bonus, PTO, including 8 federal holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and enrich the children's daily lives through interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings.

• Manage daily routines including meal preparation for healthy snacks and meals.

• Handle pick-up and drop-off duties for school and various activities.

• Organize children's school supplies, pack lunches, and keep track of household errands, shopping, calendars, and children's laundry.

• Flexibility to provide overnight care when necessary.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional childcare experience.

• A proactive approach to childcare, considering it as an integral part of family life.

• Ability to work independently, taking initiative in household management and children's needs.

• Excellent time management and punctuality are essential.

• Confidence in managing two children in various settings outside the home, including playdates and other outings.
