Hours: 35-40 hours weekly with guaranteed hours
Salary: $30-35 per hour ($62,400-$83,200 annually)

Monday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Potential additional Wednesday hours
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced infant nanny to provide dedicated care for our 3-month-old baby girl in South Slope, Brooklyn. This position is perfect for a nurturing childcare professional who can partner with mom in developing care routines for our daughter. The ideal candidate must have significant experience with newborns and infants under 6 months, plus a genuine love for dogs, as our energetic family dog is an important part of our household. Professional dog walking services are already arranged.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a 3-month-old infant
Support and manage feeding challenges related to tongue tie
Create and implement age-appropriate early development activities
Maintain detailed daily logs of feeding, sleeping, and activity patterns
Safely manage and supervise interactions between infant and family dog
Coordinate effectively with mother and professional dog walker
Keep infant areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized
Adapt care approaches while maintaining consistent safety standards
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience caring for infants under 6 months of age
Demonstrated knowledge of newborn and infant developmental stages
Experience handling feeding challenges in early infancy
Extensive dog experience and comfort around dogs (absolutely essential)
Strong references from previous infant care positions
Current CPR and First Aid certification for infants and children
Willingness to complete comprehensive background screening
Reliable transportation to South Slope, Brooklyn location
